Welcome to WabOS. By accessing or using our WhatsApp Business Operating System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using WabOS services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use WabOS, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Operate a legitimate business in Zambia or other supported countries
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not be prohibited from using our services under Zambian law

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
• Do not share your account credentials with others

4. Service Description

WabOS provides:

• WhatsApp Business integration for order management
• Payment processing through mobile money providers
• Customer relationship management tools
• Inventory and delivery management
• Analytics and reporting features
• Marketing and communication tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise stated
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• No refunds for partial months or unused services

5.3 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. No payment information required. After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using WabOS.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use WabOS for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through our platform
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Business Policy
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services to sell prohibited goods or services
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

All content, features, and functionality of WabOS, including software, text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by WabOS and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you upload to WabOS. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it solely for providing our services to you.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of WabOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in that policy.

9. Third-Party Services

WabOS integrates with third-party services including WhatsApp, mobile money providers, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WabOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Zambian courts.
