Payment Processing
Setting Up Mobile Money
- Go to Settings → Payments
- Select your mobile money providers
- Enter your mobile money account numbers
- Verify your accounts
- Enable auto-confirmation
How Payments Work
- Customer receives payment request via WhatsApp
- They choose payment method (Airtel, MTN, Zamtel, or Cash)
- Payment is processed instantly
- Order is automatically confirmed
- You receive notification and money

Analytics & Reports
Understanding Your Dashboard
Your dashboard shows key metrics:
- Daily Revenue: Total sales for today
- Orders: Number of orders received
- Customers: Active customers and new signups
- Top Products: Best-selling items
Generating Reports
- Click "Reports" in the sidebar
- Select report type (Sales, Customers, Products, etc.)
- Choose date range
- Click "Generate Report"
- Export as PDF or Excel
