WhatsApp messages not being received

If you're not receiving messages, try these steps:

  1. Check your WhatsApp Business number is verified
  2. Ensure your phone has internet connection
  3. Restart the WabOS dashboard
  4. Verify webhook connection in Settings β†’ Integrations
  5. Contact support if issue persists
Payment not reflecting in my account

Payments are usually instant, but sometimes delays occur:

  • Check if payment was completed by customer
  • Verify your mobile money account details are correct
  • Mobile money provider delays (usually resolved within 5 minutes)
  • Check transaction history in your mobile money app

Still not received? Contact us with transaction ID

Can't log into my account
